Shafrir Godel
General Manager

Shafrir Godel founded AgriQuality in 1998.
Prior to this, Shafrir held management positions in a number of Israeli
agricultural companies while taking an active part in planning and
implementing strategic plans and changes in various small and medium
sized companies. Shafrir brought into each workplace well developed
skills, use of technology and modern tools including the databases,
marketing research, the internet, and his philosophy of success. With a
heavy emphasis on business development, he made use of contemporary
marketing theories based on the creation and expansion of worldwide
networking.

Shafrir participated in the planning, defining and implementation
of projects while establishing the company’s sales network.

Shafrir holds an MBA degree in Marketing and International Trade from Ben-Gurion
University of the Negev, Beer Sheva, Israel and lectured through various
institutes on management and marketing performance.

Shafrir is a certified consultant for the Ministry of Industry and Trade
and the Israel Export Institute.

Merav Ben Shushan
Senior File Manager

Merav is an experienced salesperson that joined the AgriQuality team in
2001. Since that time, she has acted as a senior file manager. Merav's
clientel are primarily from the food industry. Merav also specializes in
handling small businesses and companies by closely accompanying them
in all their daily marketing activities, analyzing data, locating costumers,
initiating sales meetings as well as refining and implementing professional
marketing concepts. In addition, Merav also specializes in managing the
internet aspects of managed companies. With previous experience as a
web designer and as a business person today, Merav has an in-depth
understanding of the field technologically and in terms of business
management.
